The match started well for Arsenal, with Martin Ødegaard opening the scoring in the 7th minute with a well-placed shot. However, Phillip Billing equalized for Bournemouth just before halftime, and in the 57th minute, Marcos Senesi netted the winner for the visitors, stunning the home crowd.
