The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is a United States copyright law that provides a process for copyright owners to request the removal of infringing content from online platforms. SignalFeed complies with the DMCA and responds promptly to valid takedown notices.

If you believe that content on SignalFeed infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include the following information:

Required Information

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to locate it on our site (including URL).
4. Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email address).
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA takedown notice, you may file a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

SignalFeed maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
