Asia Tumbles, But Europe and US Bounce Back on Trump Optimism

Asian markets plunged as trading resumed, but European and US indices rallied after optimistic Iran comments from President Trump lifted investor sentiment.
The global markets experienced a rollercoaster of activity on Monday, with Asia taking a sharp dive as trading resumed, but Europe and the United States rebounding strongly on optimistic comments from President Donald Trump regarding Iran.
The Asian markets opened the week on a sour note, with major indices across the region plummeting. The Nikkei 225 in Japan fell over 1.6%, while the Hang Seng in Hong Kong and the Shanghai Composite both lost more than 1.5%. This downturn was largely attributed to lingering geopolitical tensions and concerns about the global economic outlook.
