British Family Stranded Abroad After Evacuation Blunder

A London family was wrongfully denied boarding on an evacuation flight from Oman, leaving them trapped in the Middle East despite holding UK passports.
British family stranded in the Middle East after being wrongly refused entry to an evacuation flight from Oman say they have received an apology from the Foreign Office, but no actual help to get home.
Nusaybah Sattar, 26, from London, was in Dubai with her family to celebrate her brother-in-law's 40th birthday when the city was hit by Iranian drones and missiles last Saturday.

Sattar, her husband, two young children, and her mother and sister-in-law were all holding valid UK passports and tickets for the evacuation flight, but were denied boarding by Omani authorities at the last minute.
The family is now stranded in Oman, desperately trying to find a way back to the UK as the situation in the region remains tense following the Iranian attack on Dubai.

Despite reaching out to the Foreign Office for help, Sattar says they have only received an apology and no concrete assistance to facilitate their return home.
