Controversial Event Firm Behind Trump's Jan. 6 Rally Awarded Lucrative Govt Contracts

Exclusive investigation reveals Event Strategies Inc., the firm that helped plan the infamous Jan. 6 rally, received millions in no-bid government contracts despite lack of experience.
Event Strategies Inc., the firm that helped organize the January 6th rally in Washington D.C. where President Trump addressed his supporters just before the attack on the U.S. Capitol, has been awarded millions of dollars in no-bid government contracts despite having limited experience in event planning.
The company, led by Justin Caporale and Lyndon Brentnall, both former Trump campaign staffers, received over $2.5 million in contracts from federal agencies in the years leading up to the January 6th rally, according to public records reviewed by our investigative team. This included work for the General Services Administration, the Department of Homeland Security, and other government entities.
