Elon Musk's X Advertising Battle: Court Dismisses Boycott Lawsuit

A U.S. judge has dismissed Elon Musk's lawsuit against X (formerly Twitter) over an advertising boycott, ruling the company failed to show any harm under federal competition laws.
Elon Musk's legal battle with X (formerly Twitter) over an advertising boycott has come to an end, as a U.S. judge has dismissed the lawsuit. U.S. District Judge Jane Boyle ruled that the company had failed to show it had suffered any harm under federal competition laws.
The lawsuit, filed by Musk's X in January, alleged that the company had been the victim of a coordinated effort by activist groups to discourage advertisers from doing business with the platform. Musk claimed this amounted to an antitrust violation and sought damages from the activist groups involved.
