FedEx to Refund Customers for Illegal Tariffs After Supreme Court Ruling

In a statement on its website, FedEx noted that while 'no refund process has been established by the courts,' the company is committed to reimbursing shippers and consumers who were impacted by the disputed tariffs. This decision follows the Supreme Court's recent ruling that some of President Donald Trump's tariffs were, in fact, 'illegal.'
The delivery company has long been vocal about its opposition to the tariffs, which it says have had a significant impact on its business and customers. By filing the lawsuit, FedEx is seeking to recover the funds it has had to pay out on behalf of its clients, who were ultimately billed for the additional costs.
