Gaza Braces for Uncertain Future as Borders Shut and Tensions Rise

Residents of Gaza rush to stock up on supplies as crossing closures amid US-Israel war with Iran spark fears of food shortages and uncertainty.
Gaza, the densely populated Palestinian enclave, is once again facing an uncertain future as its borders remain shuttered in the aftermath of the recent war between the United States, Israel, and Iran. Residents, still reeling from the devastating effects of past conflicts, are now in a frenzy to stockpile essential goods, fearing the onset of severe food shortages.
The closure of the Rafah and Erez crossings, the main gateways in and out of Gaza, has created a sense of panic among the local population. Shoppers are emptying store shelves, clearing out everything from basic foodstuffs to medical supplies, in a desperate attempt to ensure their families are prepared for the coming hardship.
