Hezbollah's Risky Gambit: Lebanon Pays the Price for Iran's Proxy War

Hezbollah's recent attack on Israel, in support of Iran, has led to mass displacement and Israeli bombing, much to the anger of the Lebanese people.
Hezbollah, the Iran-backed militant group, has once again dragged Lebanon into a conflict, this time through its attack on Israel in support of Iran. This reckless move has led to fresh mass displacements and Israeli bombing, much to the fury of many Lebanese citizens who are tired of being caught in the crossfire of regional power struggles.
The recent escalation began when Hezbollah launched rockets into northern Israel, which the group claimed was in retaliation for Israeli airstrikes in Lebanon. Israel responded with a barrage of airstrikes, hitting what it said were Hezbollah targets in Lebanon. This exchange of fire has forced thousands of Lebanese civilians to flee their homes, seeking refuge in safer areas.
