In a complex legal case, the UK Court of Appeal has ruled that it cannot determine which of two identical twins is the father of a child, after both had sex with the child's mother within a short period of time. The case involved a woman who became pregnant after having intercourse with twins, and one of the twins was subsequently registered as the father on the child's birth certificate.
