The new regulation, signed by the country's Communication and Digital Affairs Minister Meutya Hafid, will prohibit minors from having accounts on high-risk digital platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, Roblox, and Bigo Live, a popular livestreaming site.
