The B1127 highway, which connects the towns of Wrentham and Southwold, has long been plagued by flooding issues, causing disruptions and safety concerns for residents and travelers alike.
To address this challenge, Natural England, the government's environmental advisory body, has implemented a new drainage system in the Easton Valley. This innovative approach to flood control aims to not only reduce the impact of flooding on the B1127, but also to protect the area's wildlife and natural habitats.
