Iranians Endure 'Constant' Strikes, Blackouts Amid US-Israeli Tensions

Iranians share their experiences of living under daily airstrikes, internet shutdowns, and security crackdowns as tensions with the US and Israel escalate.
For Iranians, the past few months have felt like a lifetime of uncertainty and upheaval. Airstrikes, internet blackouts, and security crackdowns have become a regular part of daily life as tensions between Iran, the United States, and Israel continue to simmer.
"Every day feels like a month," says Ava, a 32-year-old resident of Tehran. "You never know what's going to happen next. One minute the internet is working, the next it's gone. Sirens go off, and we have to rush to bomb shelters. It's a constant state of fear and anxiety."
