Man City's Title Hopes Dwindle After Frustrating Draw With West Ham

Manchester City fails to capitalize as they are held to a 1-1 draw by West Ham, losing more ground in the Premier League title race against leaders Arsenal.
Manchester City missed the chance to close the gap on Premier League leaders Arsenal as they were held to a 1-1 draw by West Ham United at the London Stadium.
Pep Guardiola's side, who were looking to keep the pressure on the Gunners at the top of the table, took the lead through a first-half strike from Ilkay Gundogan. However, Vladimír Coufal equalized for the hosts early in the second half to earn a crucial point in their battle against relegation.
The result means City remain nine points behind Arsenal with 14 games remaining, leaving their hopes of retaining the title hanging by a thread. West Ham, meanwhile, move out of the bottom three but remain in a precarious position just two points above the drop zone.
