Man Issues Viral Challenge to Prove His Micropenis Claim

A North Carolina man has gone public with his claim of having the world's smallest penis to raise awareness about micropenis and fight body shaming.
North Carolina resident Michael Phillips, 38, has issued a challenge to anyone who can disprove his claim of having the world's smallest penis. In a viral YouTube interview, Phillips revealed that his penis measures just 0.38 inches when fully erect, holding up his pinky nail to illustrate the diminutive size.
Phillips' bold move aims to reduce the stigma around the medical condition known as micropenis, which affects an estimated 0.6% of men worldwide. By going public with his own intimate details, he hopes to start a conversation and encourage others with the same condition to be open about their experiences.

Micropenis is defined as a penis that is at least 2.5 standard deviations smaller than the average size, usually less than 3.6 inches when fully erect. The condition is caused by a lack of androgen hormones during fetal development, leading to incomplete penis growth. While it can be treated with hormonal therapy in some cases, many men with micropenis struggle with shame, low self-esteem, and difficulty in intimate relationships.
Phillips says he was inspired to issue his challenge after facing ridicule and body shaming over the years.
