Massive Effort to Rescue Stranded Humpback Whale Timmy in Germany

A remarkable rescue effort is underway off the coast of Germany, where a humpback whale named Timmy has been stranded for nearly a month. The large marine mammal, estimated to be around 30 feet long and weighing several tons, became stuck in the shallow waters off Poel Island in the northern part of the country.
