The Jewar Airport, also known as the Noida International Airport, will serve as an alternative to the congested Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi. This location is expected to drive increased air travel demand from both business and leisure travelers.
According to the Airports Authority of India, the Jewar Airport will be developed in multiple phases, with the first phase set to be operational by 2024.
