Meta Snaps Up AI Agent Platform Moltbook for Talent Boost

In a strategic move to strengthen its artificial intelligence capabilities, tech giant Meta Platforms has announced the acquisition of Moltbook, a social networking platform designed specifically for AI agents. The deal will see the co-founders of Moltbook, Matt Schlicht and Ben Parr, joining Meta's AI research division, Meta Superintelligence Labs, led by former Scale AI CEO Alexandr Wang.
