North East Charity Helps Families With Free Childcare and Fun Fitness Classes

Live Well North East provides affordable fitness classes for parents that include free childcare, supporting families during the Easter holiday season.
For many families, the Easter holiday season can be a challenging time, especially when it comes to keeping children entertained and active. However, one charity in the North East is working to make things a little easier for parents by offering affordable fitness classes that include free childcare.
Live Well North East, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting health and wellness in the region, has been running a series of fitness classes specifically designed for parents during the school holidays. The classes, which cost just £4 per session, feature a variety of exercise routines, from yoga and Pilates to high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and strength training.
What sets these classes apart, though, is the inclusion of free childcare. While parents are getting their workout on, their children are kept engaged and entertained by trained staff, allowing families to enjoy the benefits of physical activity without the added stress of finding suitable care.
