OpenClaw Superfans Gather for Vibrant ClawCon Celebration

Hundreds of OpenClaw enthusiasts flock to NYC for the annual ClawCon meetup, immersing themselves in a vibrant, tech-savvy atmosphere filled with AI-powered optimism and lobster-themed festivities.
OpenClaw, the AI assistant platform created by Peter Steinberger in November 2025, has quickly become a beloved fixture in the tech industry, thanks to its open-source nature that stands in contrast to more proprietary offerings. And each year, the ClawCon meetup serves as a celebration of this growing community of OpenClaw superfans.
As attendees arrived at the multistory event venue in Manhattan, they were greeted by a woman at the door wearing a plush lobster headdress, who handed out wristbands to grant access to the vibrant world of ClawCon. Beyond the front hallway, the venue was awash in pink and purple lighting, with lobster claw headbands, multicolored name tags, and sponsor information stations scattered throughout. In the center of it all, a demo stage stood beneath a skylight, where hundreds of people had gathered to celebrate the platform they've come to love.
