Private Jet Demand Surges Up to 300% Amid Iran War Crisis

UK private jet firm sees soaring demand as people rush to evacuate the Middle East during the Iran war. Insider says supply can't keep up.
Private jet demand has skyrocketed by up to 300% for a UK-based global aviation company as people rush to evacuate the Middle East amid the escalating Iran war crisis. Matt Purton, the director of aviation services at Air Charter Service, says the demand is far outstripping the supply, leading to calls for the creation of air bridges to help evacuate people from the region.
With many relying on governments to dispatch aircraft, those with the financial means are turning to the more expensive but faster option of chartering a private jet. Purton, whose company is on speed dial for some of these individuals, explains that the surge in demand has been unprecedented since the start of the US-Israel war against Iran on Saturday.
