Reform UK's Radical Immigration Overhaul: Deporting Thousands, Restricting Religious Freedoms

Reform UK proposes creating an ICE-style agency to deport up to 288,000 people annually, ending indefinite leave to remain, and banning mosque conversions, raising concerns over civil liberties.
Reform UK, the political party led by Nigel Farage, has unveiled a controversial new set of immigration and security proposals that would create an ICE-style agency dedicated to deporting hundreds of thousands of people annually, as well as terminating the status of those with indefinite leave to remain (ILR).
According to the party's new home affairs spokesperson, Zia Yusuf, the party's plan would see up to 288,000 people deported each year, with the use of five flights per day. Additionally, the party has vowed to ban the conversion of churches into mosques and significantly expand stop and search powers.
