Roku's new $3/month subscription service Howdy, featuring 10,000+ hours of content from top studios, is now available on Amazon Prime Video for expanded reach.

Roku, the popular streaming platform, has just launched its highly-anticipated Howdy subscription service on Amazon Prime Video, expanding the service's reach and accessibility for users. Howdy, which debuted in August 2025, offers a library of nearly 10,000 hours of content from a wide range of partners, including Lionsgate, Sony Pictures, Disney Entertainment, Warner Bros. Discovery, and FilmRise, in addition to select Roku Original titles.

The $3 per month Howdy service is designed to provide users with a curated, high-quality streaming experience that complements Roku's existing free, ad-supported offerings. By making Howdy available on Prime Video, Roku is tapping into Amazon's vast user base and offering its subscribers even more options for their entertainment needs.
