Capital&Centric and Great Places have been chosen to jointly regenerate the Furnace Hill area, while igloo Regeneration will spearhead the transformation of the Neepsend neighborhood.
These ambitious projects aim to create thriving new communities, with up to 1,300 new homes planned across the two sites.
