SpaceX Secretly Files for Record-Breaking IPO

SpaceX has confidentially filed for what's expected to be the biggest IPO in history, but the company is keeping key financial details under wraps for now.
SpaceX, the pioneering space exploration company founded by Elon Musk, has taken a major step towards a highly anticipated initial public offering (IPO). According to a recent Bloomberg report, the company has filed the necessary paperwork with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to go public, but the details of the filing are currently being kept confidential.
Under SEC rules, SpaceX is not required to make its S-1 prospectus public until 15 days before it begins its investor roadshow, meaning that crucial financial information such as Starlink's subscriber revenue, the cash burn rate of the Starship program, and the integration of the recently acquired xAI will remain under wraps for the time being.
