Varun Krishnan, an Indian traveler, found himself in a precarious situation when he was stranded in Doha, Qatar, after his flight from Chennai to Barcelona was disrupted by the escalating tensions between Iran and the United States. Facing an uncertain future and limited options, Krishnan embarked on an epic journey that would test his resilience and resourcefulness.
Krishnan's original plan was to fly from Chennai to Barcelona, where he had planned to attend a conference. However, as the geopolitical situation in the Middle East deteriorated, his flight was diverted to Doha, leaving him stranded in the Qatari capital. With limited information and even fewer options, Krishnan was forced to rethink his travel plans.
Determined to reach his final destination in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Krishnan decided to undertake an arduous overland journey. Navigating the complex web of border crossings and transportation challenges, he set out on a route that would take him through several countries before reaching Riyadh.
