Survivors of Pittsburgh Synagogue Attack Share Inspiring Journey

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania - For the survivors of the devastating 2018 attack on the Tree of Life synagogue, the path to healing has been long and arduous. Yet, in the face of unimaginable tragedy, two individuals have forged an unbreakable bond that has become a beacon of hope and resilience.
In a moving StoryCorps segment, Carol Black and Audrey Glickman, both survivors of the attack, openly share their personal experiences and the profound connection they have developed in the aftermath.
The attack, which claimed the lives of 11 worshippers, sent shockwaves through the Pittsburgh Jewish community and the nation as a whole. For Black and Glickman, the physical and emotional scars have been a constant reminder of the horrific events of that fateful day.
