Syria Won't Join War Against Iran Unless Directly Attacked, Says Official
Ahmed al-Sharaa, a Syrian official, states that Syria will remain out of any US-Israeli conflict with Iran unless Syria is directly attacked itself.
Ahmed al-Sharaa, a senior Syrian official, has stated that Syria will remain outside of any potential war between the United States, Israel, and Iran unless Syria itself is directly attacked. Al-Sharaa, who serves as the deputy foreign minister, emphasized that 14 years of war has been enough for Syria and that the country aims to stay out of the growing tensions between the West and Iran.
