Trump's $10 billion lawsuit against the Wall Street Journal over its reporting on his connections to Jeffrey Epstein has been dismissed by a judge, dealing a blow to the former president's legal efforts to combat critical media coverage.
In the order issued on Monday, the judge wrote that Trump had failed to make the argument that the article, which described a letter to Epstein that the newspaper said bore Trump's signature, was published with the intent to be malicious.
