Unlocking the Power: iPhone 17E vs. Apple's Premium Lineup

Discover how the affordable iPhone 17E stacks up against Apple's pricier models, with features like MagSafe, A19 chip, and a versatile 48MP camera.
The iPhone 17 lineup now offers a more budget-friendly option with the introduction of the iPhone 17E. Announced this week, the iPhone 17E will hit stores on Wednesday, March 11th, starting at $599, with preorders opening on March 4th. This 6.1-inch device joins the rest of Apple's iPhone 17 series, which includes the iPhone 17 ($799), the more powerful iPhone 17 Pro ($1,099), and the iPhone 17 Pro Max ($1,199), as well as the ultra-thin iPhone Air ($999).
Unlike last year's iPhone 16E, the 17E features several upgrades that bring it closer to Apple's more premium offerings. The 17E now supports MagSafe and Qi2 wireless charging, allowing for convenient accessory integration and cable-free power replenishment. Additionally, the device is powered by the same fast A19 chip found in the iPhone 17, providing a significant performance boost over its predecessor.
