According to reports, police officers ordered Crawford and his passengers out of the vehicle at gunpoint during the traffic stop on September 28, 2025. A police review later determined that the officers had acted lawfully. Crawford was ultimately fined $75 plus $49 in court costs for the careless driving violation.
