Jonathan Djob Nkondo, a French artist and animator, is best known for his work on animated projects like the surreal sci-fi series Scavengers Reign and the recent Gorillaz short film The Mountain, The Moon Cave and The Sad God. However, before these acclaimed animations, Nkondo made a name for himself with self-published comics that depicted strange alien worlds and futuristic societies.
Now, Nkondo is revisiting this earlier work, releasing two graphic novels that showcase his unique style and contemplative sci-fi storytelling.
