Denmark's intelligence services have issued a stark warning ahead of the country's upcoming general election on 24 March, cautioning that a foreign power may attempt to sway the results. According to a joint statement from the PET police intelligence service and FE military intelligence, the main threat comes from Russia in relation to the ongoing crisis in Ukraine, but they also cited the chaos caused by US efforts to seize Greenland as a potential catalyst for disinformation campaigns and cyberattacks.
The agencies warned that the election campaign could be targeted by these malign actors
