Global Leaders Demand Respect for Cuba's Sovereignty

Mexico, Spain, and Brazil have issued a joint call for Cuba's sovereignty to be protected, pledging more aid to the island nation and stating that Cubans must be allowed to decide their own future without external interference. This stance comes amid ongoing US pressure campaigns targeting the Cuban government.

The three countries, which have maintained relatively close ties with Cuba despite US sanctions, condemned what they described as efforts to undermine Cuba's independence and self-determination. In a statement, they emphasized that the Cuban people must be free to chart their own course without coercion or undue influence from foreign powers.
