Plaid Cymru Leader Unveils 'Roadmap' for First 100 Days in Power

Plaid Cymru leader Rhun ap Iorwerth discusses his party's vision for governing Wales, sensing voters' growing Welsh identity and readiness for Britain's redesign.
Plaid Cymru, the Welsh nationalist party, is ready to lead the charge in Wales, according to its leader Rhun ap Iorwerth. Ap Iorwerth has described the prospect of leading the next government in Wales as "a heck of a task," but senses that voters are increasingly driven by their Welsh identity and may be ready for Britain to be "redesigned."
In an interview with the Guardian, Ap Iorwerth unveiled a glossy 60-page "roadmap" for his party's first 100 days in government, should they take power in the upcoming Senedd elections in May. The leader expressed his readiness to lead the devolved administration in Cardiff, but also stated that he would be willing to work with other parties if Plaid Cymru does not win a majority.
