Shocking Violations Uncovered at Texas Migrant Detention Center

Dozens of disturbing violations found during ICE inspection of Fort Bliss migrant camp, raising concerns over treatment of detainees

The facility, known as Camp East Montana, was found to have numerous issues that directly impacted the health, safety, and overall well-being of the thousands of immigrants being held there.
The ICE review, which was conducted over several months, revealed a range of concerning conditions, including inadequate access to medical care, lack of proper sanitation, and issues with food quality and quantity. Inspectors also noted instances of overcrowding, with tents meant to house a few hundred people being forced to accommodate thousands.
