Trump's NPR Defunding Violated Free Speech: Federal Judge Rules

Trump's attempt to defund National Public Radio (NPR) and the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) has been ruled a violation of the First Amendment by a U.S. District Court judge. The judge found that the executive order issued by the former president to strip federal funding from the non-profit media organizations was an unconstitutional infringement on their free speech rights.
